Bonus payment
Dear Experts
Pranam to all. Here is a doubt about payment of bonus act. My gross salary is Rs. 27000 and basic and DA is Rs. 9450 (i.e. 35% of gross).
Could you please confirm me whether I am eligible for bonus or not. If eligible, what amount of bonus I may ask. Please guide

Hi,
As per Payment of bonus (Amendment) Act,2015, if your basic salary is less than Rs.21000 than you are eligible for bonus.
Once you are eligible the bonus amount is Rs.7000 or Minimim wages of the respective state whichever is higher.
