My query is, that in one of our company bonus shares was isssued, but the ratio of issue bonus shares was 1:8.47, so can the ratio for issuing bonus shars be in decimals???

Yes, it can be in decimals. But in the resolution you should also provide for manner of dealing with shares in fractions.
