According to me, there is no such "BEST NEWSPAPER" at all. Each Newspaper will be the 'BEST' in certain respect and the 'WORST' in some other respect. Therefore, one has to consciously choose keeping in mind what one expects or wants to have from the Newspaper and where it is available.
