Hello again, you have given here technical details... it says may be u r knowing somewhat regarding such rules. Normal transfer can be taken only in first year, but in rest years there are another options for changing the firm.
In ur case I found probable reasons as follows:
Parents transfer, moral misconduct, stipend irregularity problem, marraige issue, or not-so-wider practice of ur principle (Secondment of Articleship).
In all above cases u can take transfer even in 2nd n 3rd year. But u will need to first take permission from institute and then take consent from ur Principle in Form 109.
And if u can wait for ur 2nd year completion then in 3rd year u have option of Industrial Training in another firm. For this u will not need institute's permission,but only principle's consent.
Its all the data u needed, nothing more is required to get ur decision done.
