Firstly ur principal don't sign on articleship transfer form... First ask from him whether he is allowing to take transfer.... And u should hv specific reasons and distance of 50 kms... Reson may be medical or any others like ur parents job change in another city

First of all ask the institue...Send a letter to vishwas nagar ICAI with the reasons for transfer. There is no specied format of the letter. Then institue will send you approval letter in the context of same that whether you will be allowed to take transfer or not. In my case i got this approval letter after 2 months.
Till the time, make sure that your principal is comfortable in signing that form.
and.....
Dare not mention the reason of not getting sufficient time to attend coaching classes in that letter. In that case the institue will never give you approval.
Also refer the Transfer Rules on the institute's website.

The whole process will be more favourable for you if your principal also signs that letter which you will send for approval.
Also attach sufficient documents like rent deed in case of reason of transfer to another city beyond 50 kms or medical certificates in case of that medical grounds etc.

Hi thank you, but see... After I take the transfer under medical grounds.. !! I've to take 3 mths break to join a new firm.... Now I have a doubt that if I want to write my ipcc group in May 2018 again should I complete the 9 months of articleship with the new firm!!?? If the 9 months is again mandatory I can't give an attempt in May...!!!??
