We have missed out on filing the annual activity certificate for 2009-10 for one of the liaison office.
Please advice whether we can file it now and what are the formalities that needs to be adhered to.

Dear Jeet,
Its a contravention, but now why are you waiting with regret letter (explain how mistake happen) be submitted the Annual Activity Certificate and wait for further action of RBI on this.

What according to you would be the penalites that would apply here, if I happen to file the annual activiity certificate by tommorrow.

Depends on RBI not written. so wait for rbi reply.
and by the way this time Arsenal or Man U will win EPL not chelsea.
