Usually I don't believe these type of news unless if I hear with the proof. But the above information is true( except information regarding isca paper)one of my friend bro in mumbai, has attended to receive convocation. I asked whether it is true...and the answer is that information is true. And also I have read the president message recently that, from 2016 onwards, the syllabus is going to change much more higher level. On combining of these two information/messages, such things mite be true. However, it may be from may16...so dont worry...work hard and clear in 2015 only. All the best guys.
