I have a small doubt.
If in a transportation problem.. Profit matrix ban jaye... And it is a case of unbalanced matrix... Then Wat will v do first?
Make it balanced by adding a dummy or convert profit matrix into loss matrix?

First create dummy & then convert it in loss matrix
