can anybody tell me the procedure in case of allotment of shares other than cash i.e agaisnt diff. assets with ROC - Gujarat.
further i know we have to file from 2 form 3 but how much stampduty paid, what will be the rate etc.

If there is an written agreeement or contract for sale of assets against share then you can file that along with Form 2 to Roc within 30 days of allotment. If agreement has not been reduced to writing then simply file form 2 without contract and file form 3 within 30 days of filing form 2 to Roc, for form 3 stamp duty will be charged you can refer Ministry of Corporate Affairs website fee calculator interface where you can come to know the fee that will be required for filing form 3 that will also include stamp duty
