Suppose
1. Principal place is at Mumbai and 4 additional places are in four different states in India.
2. Principal place and additional places are both in the same state but at different PIN codes

May need frame your question with more details. You are asking about issuing Invoice or way bills or anything else?
If you have multiple places of business in Same state, Any of the places can be mentioned as Bill to place. The GSTIN remains the same. Only the address would differ, and that's ok.
