it means any any and any business
then why some business goes only under normal business not in 44ad
like where go business of silai training center.

It's mean It's notified in u/s 44AA.... Except other than "Any Business"
I think that 44ad like business not cost effective. Maybe, after case study these businesses will make a profit.
if one can show profit of business less than presumption then on maintaining of book and audit it will be more beneficial.
one more think agency business are not eligible too.
