10 November 2012 ICAI has invited letter of intents from the XBRL software providers as a part of initiative to promote small and medium CA firms and 10th Nov is the last day to submit the forms to ICAI.

May be in a week or so; we should be in a position to know who will provide software to CA's either free of cost or at concessional rates

I understand Webtel were front runners in the market last year so definitely they will try to catch up fast.
