Sir

I dont have any tds amount but wrongly credited my pan a/c as per 26as. which i can claimed my return. what is problem will face sir. pls help in this regards

02 August 2012 When you know that it is not your TDS, you are either finder of goods kind of trustee. Another point could be, 26AS is changed in due course... but you have claimed the income....
