which one is better
1 LAP of Rs 1.8 cr @10,65 %for tenure of 15 years or
2 OD of Rs 1.8cr @11.5% for tenure of 15 years.
please suggest i am confuse

what is your need? OD is something which can give you a flexibility of repaying which may not be so for LAP. You need to strike the balance between the two.
