you would also require details such as address, email id, online account password, Residential status etc. It is also advisable that a copy of last year's return is asked for (it is relevant - to ensure that carry forward and set off losses is claimed properly).

Agree with nikhil kaushik.. As a professional we should know the past data for calculating retutn...its very most important to gather all required data before prepare itr.
