One company's invoicing for the year is Rs. 1050000/- and the total receipt for the year is Rs. 800000/- The balance amount is receivable (Rs. 250000/-) Can the company start charging service tax immediately or when the receipt cross the SSP exemption limit of Rs. 1000000/-?
