What is the entry for loans?

16 August 2011 Dear Sir/ Mam,
What is the entry to be made in Tally.

In the Previous year audited balance sheet bank balance (Credit balance) was treated in Current Liabilities and Provisions as ICICI Bank Loan A/c.
But no loan for this account was taken.

Now what shall i do just treat it has bank opening balance in Cash and Bank Balances or not.

16 August 2011 mr. Don bosco dont play with accoutns. some wrongdoing with the accounts.

what entry did u pass last year?
whithout actually receiving loan you showed loan taken.... how?
