Suppose I have 5 different branches in Delhi, mumbai, kolkata, chennai, bhopal. The audit bill of all the branches are received centrally in Head office (Kanpur).Now whole of the ITC on Audit bill is taken by Kanpur (HO). If the HO takes ISD registration it will be able to distribute ITC to corresponding branches.
