Vat return

This query is : Resolved

06 February 2013 Respected to all of you,

is it possible that unregistered dealer sold any expempted goods and we can show this expempted goods purchase from unregistered dealer show under purchse exempted in sales tax return??????????

06 February 2013 In UP if you purchase goods from unregistered dealer than you should have to pay TAX on the Same.

Either you should have to take certificates of less turnover from dealer ( Less than 5Lac). than you can show this as exempted purchase.

other wise you should pay tax and you can show this in sales tax return.

thnx

07 February 2013 is it possible that any unregistered dealer deduct the vat, if yes then what is the difference between registered and unregistered dealer

07 February 2013 no unregistered dealer can not collect tax on sale . and not use input credit.

he is unregistered because his turnover is lesser than standard.

hope you have cleared this .

thanks
