in our premises we are taking food services from external caterer he is not charging us VAT on his sale.
we are providing this snacks to our employees on concessional rate and recovering money from them, do we need to pay additional VAT on this? plz support your reply.

if this is not your main bussiness, i.e. if you are providing food to employees on concessional rate, i don't think you must pay the same
