We are importers of an IT Security Software which comes through Online mode via Email. Normally we resell this product in indian market.
We have a case where we are importing the software from US and selling it to other Party in US which in turn will be selling again to an INDIAN end user.
a) My question is what kind of taxation it will attract. b) Can we charge Sales TAX to the US Customer
