A) For Vat Registration you need to fill up the following forms.
1. Form 101- Application for Vat Registration (wherein you have to mention entire details about your business activity) 2. Form 101A- For Details of additional places of business/Branches/Godowns in Gujarat State 3. Form 101B- For the Branches/Godowns located out side Gujarat State. 4. Form 101C- Specimen Signatory. This person will be responsible to sign Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Vat Returns 5. Form 101D- Should be filled up by partner/director or owner of the business. 6. Form 101E- For Additional information about the business. Mainly for License and Installed production capacity.
All the aforesaid forms along with photograph of applicant, documents for proof of place of business need to be submitted. You may need to provide any security on demand of CTO as a registration fee.
You will receive Registration Certificate (Form 102) within a week from the date of completion of requisite formalities.
For CST you need to furnish Form A along with requisite registration fee in form of Court fee Stamps. You will Receive Certificate of registration in Form B within 7 Days of Registration .
