dear experts, one of secuirty agency providing security guards and casual workers to manufacturing concern.secuirty agency is charging minimum wages+ EPF+ESi . in addition to this he takes service charges @2.5% on above amount. my query is whether service tax should be paid on service charges only or total amount of wage etc. thanks
