1)whether reimbursable expensditure should form a part of taxable value, if there is no contract or like that. 2)whether expenses like loading or unloading should form part of taxable value

s.tax value includes amount paid b4 during and after d service has been provided...as such reimbursed amount will also b included...as amount loading n unloading is also to b included..
