it is the place thru which newly qualified ca's are offered jobs in mnc companies who take part. it is organized by ICAI for assistng newly qualified ca's in their first step in career. In this orientation prog all companies taking part will brief up the new members about the activities carried out by them and their roles in the same, based on that one can decide which company he would want to apply and make his career.
