05 March 2013 I have taken Home loan for two house one is self occupied and other is under construction.
Can i vail tax benfit for principal amount of under constrcution house and interest of self-occupeid house.

07 March 2013 Yes, you can claim interst for self occupied house.

You can claim principal portion in respect of both the property subject to limit of 100000 u/s 80C.
