Dear Sir, The company deduct Employee contribution of Provident fund, however it paid to government after the due date of the respective act. Query: whether disallowance will attract u/s 43B in the case of belated payment of employee contribution under the pf act?

yes, disallowance of employee contribution is forever though you have made payment subsequently but share of employer is allowed in the year of payyment
