Thanks a ot sir...... bt if an assessee opens a new branch of the same business in other state say, in noida in this case..... is dere any requirement to have a new tin in U.P for the same PAN No?

TIN can obtain more than one. in same state if you having more than 1 branch but their bussiness is different and they are in different sale tax scheme.but CST tin remain same. in other state, yes ofcourse you need to obtain VAT and CST TIN for state.
