I have failed to understand what do you mean by two bill books. You can keep several bill books but the serial number should not mismatch. Why and what for you want to keep two paralleled bill books? kindly clarify it.

assessee has one branch office. billing is centralized at the HO as per service tax registration.
assessee wants to maintain two bill book to bifurcate the bills of branch. Because there are so many transactions and problems in accounting of branch.

Centralised registration given with the condition need to maintain centralised billing and accounting system, then how you can maintain separate bill book for branch and HO separate
