Dear Experts We are deductor our company is providing Rs. 500 PM tution fee allowance however One of employee actually paying Rs. 1000 PM Tution fees for his one child...plz guide me Can i consider Rs. 100 PM exemption u/s 10(14) and rest of 400 PM is to be!! add in his Salary for TDS deduction.!!.....also clarify after Adding 400 PM can i consider 12000 exemption u/s 80C actually paid by employee,

Tuition fees paid to school and college is eligible for deduction for 2 children u/s 80C. So you can consider difference of actual fees paid for 80C deduction.
