We are deductor our company is providing
Rs. 500 PM tution fee allowance however
One of employee actually paying Rs. 1000 PM
Tution fees for his one child...plz guide me
Can i consider Rs. 100 PM exemption u/s
10(14) and rest of 400 PM is to be!! add in his
Salary for TDS deduction.!!.....also clarify after
Adding 400 PM can i consider 12000
exemption u/s 80C actually paid by employee,

04 April 2016 Tuition fees paid to school and college is eligible for deduction for 2 children u/s 80C. So you can consider difference of actual fees paid for 80C deduction.

04 April 2016 Tuttion Fees Rs900/-PM can be claimed Subject maximum of Rs.150000/-u/s 80C subject to all deductions.
