A person is residing and earning income in a foreign country from the past 10 year. now he wants to come to india and transfer his funds to india.
Will there be any kind of tax liability on him in india????? AND how the money should be brought to india?????

open NRE account in india. and transfer the money. it wont be taxed. and dont have to pay tax on it.... after coming to india start withdrawing from tht account to the other account is wished for.
