All the three are very cream for their respective field. and CS and CA subjects are very similar except some.
It all depends upon you but I can give you some suggestion as below.
First of all try to find out that what you want to do in future i.e. job or profession.
If JOB then you should go for CA or ICWA.
If profession then purely CA because you can increase your number of clients easily then in CS or ICWA because you have to find only corporate clients if you chose to become CS or ICWA but in CA you can also have non corporate clients.
