two new client come but they don not have id password and even mobile no. and email is also given by previous advocate they need to change how could i change id password and email mobile. what are the document required for this if i go jurisdiction office.

It depends on the policy of your jurisdictional office but generally a copy of aadhar card of the client along with application is adequate. If department insists it is better to visit them with client personally and give them application in writing. Process of changing email and mobile through the department is approved by the GST authorities.
