I raise the service invoice today, customer takes 1 month to certify it and from thereon 1 more month to pay it. I need to pay the Output GST tax in the current month. Is there any way to post date / postpone raising the invoice by a month

your whole processee start once you submit the invoice to customer , once you submit the invoice to customer , you can't change it only request to customer to early process and make its payment ,
