After issuing invoice , we came to notice that vehicle is breakdown. can we issue way bill after 10 days. Is there any time limit to issue way bill after invoicing.

Dear Sir, since vehicle breakdown- goods are not transported The e-way bill can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of generation. E way bill be must accompany Invoice . you cannot raise the e-way bill after 10 days. https://docs.ewaybillgst.gov.in/html/faq.html
