one of my friend is a chartered accountant, but had to move to US after her marrige, i want to know whats the time limit before which she has to complete her GMCS course. or can she go for CPE

Chartered Accountant Certificate is not Alloted Without completing GMCS. So She can get it completed anywhere India where she is immidiately available with the course... in Mumbai Its frequently taken
