Hi.My name is Karan and am a PCC student from Ahmedabad. I would like to know that what can be the likely outcome of the rule regarding the articleship timings, i mean will there be any changes made by The Institute because of the problems faced by the articles persuing their graduation or such students would be adversely affected? Even the discussion of the same which was to be taken place between 28 - 30 June have been postponed by 15 - 20 days approximately. Its realy a crucial time for many of us who are undergoing their Graduation and also persuing their CA course too. So what should be likely done at this moment?

It should not clash with college timings. ICAI has the right to ask you in how much time you reach office and what is the break. Total hours in office = 35 hours per week. You should check with regional office for the certificate to be provided by the employer.
