Sir Please provide me information about the following I have completed 2.5 years of articles period and i have gone for medical leave for a period of more than 3 months as i have met with an accident. At present i want to take termination of articles as my office is far away from my residence and it is very difficult for me to do up and down to office. as in any case i want to take termination. And send me the procedure for termination also.
Note: I have already gone under medical leave for morethan 3 months.

please contact icai regional branch and take their advise as it looks little pecular . . it is highlly advisable to get advise from icai because their advise only reliable and final . . kindly go ahead dont wait much time in cci for solutions to your query..all the best
