Dear Expert
I learnt that w.e.f. 1-10-2008, If trasnporter furnish PAN no. then we have no need to deduct under section 94C. But we have to furnish such payment details along with PAN no to income tax department in prescribed format. In this regards, I request you to kindly forward me a link / format so that I can download the same.
