You are an accountant and still prefers to file the return in no account case ??? . Accounts as per Bank Pass Book can easily be prepared. . No Account case is more relevant to the assessee carrying on Business Activity. Whereas Section 194J calls you as a professional. So, be a professional and after preparing a Balance Sheet and I& E A/c- file the return in ITR 4. . No Account Case is not for Accountants. .
