Dear Sir,
i has two times one party TDS Paid and Quartly return Submitted. and after check my data i had mistakly tds paid two times
pl reply what is processer for claim or return my amount ?

issue the party a crdit invoice of the same amount with tax componant. it will ghet the credit in subsequent month.

How it can be adjusted if there is no liability of TDS in the same section in subsequent months .

i dont think there is any provision under the act , to setoff excess TDS paid , the query remains open , experts requested to advise on any such provision . is there a possibility to treat that excess TDS as advance income tax ?

The amount can be adjusted with liability arising under any other section. You may check the possibility.
