08 January 2014 Can anyone tell me that if a PAN is registered in name of individual person and he issues bill in name of his proprietorship concern, then which name should I mention in return.(His own name which is in PAN or his business name through which he issues bills.)

08 January 2014 ITR need to be filled in the name of individual; however we need to give proprietorship concern name as trade name need place given in ITR.....
