Dear sir, can u advise me how a employee can take credit of tds in the following case:- A employer paid salary to employee after deducting tds on it in all months of year2010 but did not paid the tax to govt.but after 2years i.e in 2012 employer paid his whole tax libilty to govt in lump sum amount....so my question is that how employee can claim deduction for tds because date of revised return is also has been expired

Provisions not allowed to revise the return. but even though you can approach to Assessing officer with the details. my view department cannot tell no for credit available in your PAN.

If you file return earlier,then please move application u/s 154.Application u/s 154 can be upload either electronically or physical visit ward office of AO.
