we get our office stationary printed with our specification i.e.name of the concern, voucher type etc, is getting the stationary according to our specification liable under tds

as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act
TDS comes if the manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from such customer,
but does not include manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.
