I want t know that if the deductor don't have PAN no. how can he deducted TDS. If your query is different please rectify it and come back to me. CA Anjani Tiwari

In NRHM working thru District Health Society,I have TAN no but do't PAN i need need to file IT return. For TDS deduction TAN must not PAN.
