For A.Y. -2011-12 whether a assessee is liable to deduct TDS when he has no tax audit u/s 44AB of I.T. act-1961 in the preceding year of the previous year ended 31.03.2011, but he has audit in A.Y. 2007-08.plz reply (urgent)

For AY-11-12 when a Assessee is liable to deduct the TDS when he has no tax audit U/S44AB in A Y 10-11 but he has tax audit in FY 2006-07 & 07-08? Please reply
