whether TDS to be deducted on sez operating companies and companies operating in sez are they liable to deducted TDS from where they are receving services and giving contractors for constrction of buliding in sez.

yes in both way . assessee has to follow the compliance of TDS provisions .there is no specific exemption as such to SEZ in this regard
