Tds on royalty

In my case company had paid Via Cheque the royalty in advance to the party and on the same TDS is not deducted, Subsequently after TWO month same payment entry is reversed as the cheque is not cleared by the party, Hence what will be TDS Implication???

when the entry is reversed and earlier not deducted then no need to deduct any tds.
