Advertisement given in kannada daily news paper For the Financial year 2008-09 , Payments are in excess of Rs 20000/ to each for the year ,both are vijasy karnataka and samyukta karnataka by Town MunicipalCouncil, whether tds under section 194c of the I.T.ACT.1961
