We are Pune based Partnership Firm. We have received an order from Ethiopia (an African country). To fulfill the order we need a rental warehouse at Ethiopia. We have apointed a local person to organise godown, labour payment etc. locally at Ethiopia. For that we need to transfer an amount of USD 40,000/- in 4-5 intervals. The same expeses (Rent, Labour, Transportation etc.) will be finally accounted in the books of Firm.
My query is: for such a payment is TDS applicable? If yes @ what rate & under which head?
